Cant we all just get along?

I'm not sure what it is about the female species but some of us seem to have such an intolerance for other women. WTF ladies. Whatever happened to loving and supporting each other?

Case and point:
You ask me a question, I begin to answer, you turn to your friend make a face and whisper something, then act as if I wouldn't notice. Are you kidding!?

Stop being so damn rude and disrespectful to other women. This is such bullshit and really pisses me off. I'm getting worked up just typing about this. I'm by no means a feminist but lets be honest, there are a lot of double standards in this world directed at women. How much do you (assuming your a chick) hate being called a bitch/slut/mean whatever negative comment it is? Now, how often is that comment coming from another women? I'm willing to bet more often than not.

This is seriously so ridiculous. Why cant we all just get along!?!?! Yes I realize I'm beginning to quote famous words now but really?! Is this what society has come to? Every time we are face to face with a woman we have never met, we size them up, compare them to ourselves, find things we don't like about them and pick apart everything they say. Then, even if our best friend uttered the very same words, we find a way to manipulate her words and make them something awful/stupid/bitchy etc.

I make an effort to always smile at people I pass by. I was made aware at a young age that I came across snobby so in my adulthood I've made sure to smile more often and laugh as well as make my sarcasm easier to understand. It still catches some people off guard but I figure if you cant take a joke I probably don't want to be in your company anyway.

To all women who read this.... get off your fucking high horse and try (for once) to get to know another woman instead of judging her first. You may just find a really amazing person you never would have known. Image is everything but nothing all at the same time. Take some time and ask questions, then actually LISTEN to their answers. I'll be the first to admit I'm just as guilty of judging as the next girl, hell I even did it last night. But when it escalates to excluding someone from a gathering that's really just disrespectful.

I'm honestly disappointed in the female species at this moment in time... my parting words.... GROW UP!!! lets be big kids and drop the drama!
